The 2024 tenant satisfaction survey is very important to us, and is your chance to tell us what you think about your home and the services that we provide.

This is part of the government’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Every year all social housing landlords must publish a range of standard tenant satisfaction information which will include some of the results from this survey.
